Thank you soooo much!!! As other have stated, "clear instruction, great camera view, concise and to the point." My boyfriend was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do this all by myself. The pump hose was just clogged and once I cleaned it out with the shop vac and some paper towels, it worked great. Thank you!
This was a perfectly detailed, clear and easy to follow DIY job. We just figured out that the problem with our Bosch washer in our new home was a clogged drain pump and the previous owner did not take proper care of it at all and the pump is completely unusable. Just ordered a new replacement drain pump motor assembly and are going to use your video to replace it ourselves. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the video. I didn’t need to replace the pump luckily. I just had to clean out the “filter” area (coins, paper clip and a bra pad!). Washer worked immediately!
Excellent video I have a 300 vision series. Exact location for the pump and easy access. I removed the pump found a 3/8's pebble in the pump, removed it and removed the pump, disassembled and cleaned out further. Ohmed the motor and reinstalled the pump and it is working. Thanks a Million. Your a good man

The rubber feet do not need to be cut. With enough conviction and two hands, you can slide the pump out. It helps to see how the feet are oriented in this video. Grab the whole pump and push hard and while wiggling back. It helps to also push the feet from the underneath side of the washer if you can fit you hand there.
Hello. Great video but I have a question. I have the 500 series washer and it’s making a noise when it’s drawing the water in. Any ideas why this might be?

I replaced my pump about 2 years ago, now it is giving me the same code, but no humming from the pump this time, if I drain the water from the washer and hit the drain cycle, it will cycle through the whole thing and it will not give me any code. Is it a bad pump again?
